I was born in Charleston, West Virginia and relocated to South Carolina in 1993. I began my career in real estate as a licensed property manager in 1997 and in real estate sales in 2005. I have attended numerous seminars, workshops, and training sessions for real estate sales professionals and am committed to a high standard of ethics and customer satisfaction.

I most recently earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales. Short sales allow the distressed homeowner to repay the mortgage at the price that the home sells for, even if it is lower than what is owed on the property. More and more lenders are willing to consider short sales because they are much less costly than foreclosures.
