 North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina... with its miles of beautiful beaches and more than 100 world-class championship golf courses, offers a very coveted lifestyle. Our community is situated in the far north east region of South Carolina along the sun-kissed shores of the Grand Strand, an area flanked by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intra-Coastal Waterway. With its natural beauty and recreational opportunities, the area includes the thriving communities of North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Little River. Just north of us and across the state line lie the neighboring coastal North Carolina communities of Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Calabash.
